The Work
Lenovo, 2015 to present. I run the global SEO program for one of the world's largest technology companies. The program spans 30+ countries and is responsible for multi-million-dollar SEO-driven eCommerce revenue with consistent year-over-year growth.
At this scale the job is as much organizational as technical: leading the international SEO team, driving strategic investment decisions for resource allocation and ROI across global markets, and building a data-driven SEO culture through cross-functional evangelization and training, so that SEO thinking lives in every team that touches the site, not just mine.
The agency years built the foundation: SEO campaigns for Fortune 500 clients (Audi, Pfizer, GSK, Novartis) at Catalyst/GroupM Search in Manhattan, then Global SEO Lead at Covario/iProspect in San Diego, where Lenovo was the flagship client. That work was recognized with the OMMA Best SEO Agency of the Year (2013) and the eTail Search Marketing Award (2014), and the engagement brought me in-house to Lenovo in 2015.
